<image:caption>(Heated + Non-heated) Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Each class varies depending on the instructor's background and training, but all flow classes incorporate dynamic movement, strength-based poses, some longer held shapes, creative sequences, and alignment cues to keep you progressing all set to a great playlist. Heated Vinyasa class temperatures are set around 95 degrees, non-heated classes are set around 75 degrees. Temperatures can vary once classes begin due to class sizes and pace. <image:title>Class Styles - Restorative</image:title>
<image:caption>Often described as the other half of exercise, the Restorative Yoga style is a meditative practice that offers space to unwind, support the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. In class, you can expect to move slowly through gentle poses supported by many yoga props, holding each pose for 5-15 minutes and taking time to explore mindfulness and breath. Designed to support and maintain mobility, long-held yin and restorative poses allow time and space for the work to penetrate the deeper connective tissues to release habitual holding patterns in the body. A complementary practice to more active movement styles of yoga and great for all levels, Yin Yoga is a balancing practice to the pace of modern life. Class temperature is set to 75 degrees. All levels are welcome.</image:caption>

This class will offer the opportunity for students to find a place of balance and peace. Pranayama (breath practice) and brief meditation are often included. Class temperature is set to 75 degrees. <image:title>Class Styles - Therapeutic Yoga Feel your way through. Increase your resilience. Most of us develop long-standing physiological patterns—habitual muscle tension, shallow breathing, heightened threat sensitivity—that arise from years of stress and repeated emotional experience. These patterns live in the body’s autonomic and interoceptive systems. “Talking it out” can clarify what’s happening, but it doesn’t always shift the physiology that keeps those patterns running. This practice uses interoceptive exposure: structured, supportive attention to internal sensations that helps retrain the brain’s threat responses. By meeting sensations directly—rather than avoiding or overriding them—you update old prediction loops and reduce the reactivity that once felt overwhelming. Through slow, intentional movement, regulated breathwork, meditation, and steady guidance, you’ll work with the physiological signatures of stress: reducing defensive activation, increasing autonomic flexibility, and strengthening the capacity to stay present with difficult states. As these patterns recalibrate, clarity, ease, and emotional range become more available. A mindful, embodied process of shifting from constrained and reactive to grounded and responsive.</image:title>

<image:caption>Pilates is a mind-body discipline that, like yoga, connects breath with movement. Primarily done on the mat, it focuses on strengthening the core—from shoulders through the hips and glutes. With a stable core throughout, we use our limbs as levers to lengthen and strengthen the entire body. This low-impact workout is accessible to all fitness levels, with modifications available to adjust intensity. We may use props, like light weights or yoga blocks, to enhance accessibility and variety, and we’ll review Pilates basics to build a strong foundation. **UpBeat Pilates is a high-energy mat class that utilizes traditional Pilates elements and equipment in an UpBeat way. <image:title>Kyle - Kyle Kloostra Co-founder/owner - CMT-P, E- RYT 500, E-CYT 500, YACEP. Hot Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation</image:title>
<image:caption>Kyle Kloostra co-founded Lynden Yoga Collective on a simple conviction: that yoga is one of the most honest paths back to yourself. His own path has been shaped less by peak poses and more by the slower, harder work of learning to be present inside a human body. Drawing on training in the Theravada Vipassana, Samatha, and Metta meditation traditions, Kyle teaches yoga as an embodied mindfulness practice, one that trains attention, softens reactivity, and gradually builds the capacity to see clearly, feel fully, and move through life with greater openness. That progression is the heart of what he holds for students. Yoga begins in the body. It gets therapeutic. And over time, if you let it, it becomes something closer to wisdom. Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, he traded hockey rinks for mountain trails and now spends his time outside the studio hiking, skiing, and reading with coffee somewhere quiet. He believes the studio is at its best when it feels like belonging, a place where being human together is enough.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Sydney - Sydney Poulin Vinyasa | Gentle | Slow Flow</image:title>
<image:caption>I offer a comprehensive teaching approach that seeks to expand the practice of yoga beyond the four edges of the mat. In my classes, you can expect fluid, strength-building sequences that settle the mind and amplify the voice of your body. As we explore the limbs of yoga together, I will always encourage you to meet yourself with gentle reverence. Though I cannot provide the perfect antidote for suffering, I design my classes to better equip you to build resilience in discomfort, ground yourself in uncertainty, and find equilibrium in chaos. When I am not practicing yoga, you can find me skiing at Mount Baker, basking beside the river or creating block prints on my front porch.</image:caption>

<image:caption>I specialize in gentle, chair-based, and adaptive yoga, creating practices that support mobility, balance, breath, and nervous system regulation. My teaching style is practical, inclusive, and light-hearted. I aim to create a welcoming environment where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged, whether they’re stepping onto a mat for the first time, practicing from a chair, or simply needing a slower, more mindful experience. Yoga, to me, is not about performance or perfection. It’s about connection, dignity, and discovering what is possible in the body today.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Riane - Riane Woods Davis RYT 200</image:title>
<image:caption>Riane’s yoga journey spans more than 25 years. Raised in Northern California, she deepened her practice on Maui, where she completed her 200-hour teacher training and began leading classes. Her teaching style is upbeat, inclusive, and welcoming, with clear options so students of all levels feel supported and free to choose the level of challenge that meets them that day. Riane loves creating classes that begin with grounding, build into playful movement, and leave students feeling balanced, energized, and refreshed. She weaves in breathwork, intention, and mindfulness, and uses music to shape the arc of class, with a motivating flow in the middle and a more meditative tone at the beginning and end. For Riane, yoga is more than movement. It is a practice that supports life both on and off the mat, and a way to build connection, community, and joy. Off the mat, Riane is a world-traveling foodie who loves being in nature and eating chocolate.</image:caption>
