Join Kristin for an eight-week yoga series designed to empower seniors to embrace their golden years with strength & vitality! Each class will combine gentle, modified poses with breathwork and mindfulness practices to enhance flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Through a mix of seated and standing poses that utilize chairs for stability and support, we’ll focus on low-impact movements that strengthen muscles, improve posture, enhance circulation, and tone the cardiovascular system.

Perfect for seniors of all fitness levels, as well as anyone recovering from an injury or facing mobility challenges, this series offers a safe and supportive environment to reconnect with your body and cultivate inner peace.     Kristin's embodiment journey began with the practice of Ballet, and following the removal of her pointe shoes in college, she was introduced to Yoga, which intuitively landed in her body. Having completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, and in the process completing her 500-hour training with Christina Sell, Kristin approaches her classes with a calming sense of playfulness and genuine curiosity. While appreciating the technical aspect of alignment within the asana practice, she seeks to hold space for each person, recognizing that all her students have unique reasons for unrolling their mats.
