Summer Yoga for Seniors: 8-Week Chair Yoga Series

Join Kristin this summer for an eight-week series designed specifically for seniors seeking to enhance their strength, balance, and flexibility! Each class combines gentle poses with breathwork and mindfulness, using chairs to support low-impact movements aimed at strengthening muscles, enhancing circulation, and improving posture. Perfect for all fitness levels and those facing mobility challenges.
