Amanda Hamilton
(RYT - 200)
My approach to yoga centers on body awareness, mindful choice and practices that adapt to each students needs.
-

SYDNEY POULIN
(RYT 200)
I offer a comprehensive teaching approach that seeks to expand the practice of yoga beyond the four edges of the mat. In my classes, you can expect fluid, strength-building sequences that settle the mind and amplify the voice of your body. As we explore the limbs of yoga together, I will always encourage you to meet yourself with gentle reverence. Though I cannot provide the perfect antidote for suffering, I design my classes to better equip you to build resilience in discomfort, ground yourself in uncertainty, and find equilibrium in chaos. When I am not practicing yoga, you can find me skiing at Mount Baker, basking beside the river or creating block prints on my front porch.

-

Adrienne Carrie Hubbard
RYT 200
I specialize in gentle, chair-based, and adaptive yoga, creating practices that support mobility, balance, breath, and nervous system regulation. My teaching style is practical, inclusive, and light-hearted. I aim to create a welcoming environment where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged, whether they’re stepping onto a mat for the first time, practicing from a chair, or simply needing a slower, more mindful experience. Yoga, to me, is not about performance or perfection. It’s about connection, dignity, and discovering what is possible in the body today.
