Join Marie Bailey, Certified Yoga Therapist and Psychologist, for a 4-week series designed for those feeling blocked from reaching their full potential and in search of profound healing. Our bodies are repositories of mental, emotional, and psychological 'baggage,' which often dims our inherent brightness. While traditional coping mechanisms like 'talking it out' offer temporary relief, they fail to address the deep-seated blockages held within our physical form. This series introduces a path to wellness through the concept of Interoceptive Exposure — literally feeling and engaging with sensations in the body, which allows us to access and experience difficult emotional states that had previously been too difficult to approach. Through yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and supportive coaching, you will begin shedding the accumulated layers dimming your light and taking steps towards a brighter, unburdened self.

Perfect for anyone curious about or already experiencing the benefits of therapeutic yoga, but hesitant about committing to a one-on-one session. Over four weeks, we'll tackle anxiety, fear, shame, guilt, anger, resentment, and grief, guiding your light to shine at its fullest once again.
