A Sober Curious January

January is the perfect time to hit reset.

Whether you’re considering Dry January, wanting to cut back, or simply curious about how clarity feels, Clear Mind, Open Heart gives you the tools, and community, to explore clear living — without the shame or “all-or-nothing” mindset. Whether you are wanting to put away the screens, substances, or simply reset your way of “being in the world”. This is a 4 week-workshop for you. 

Over four Tuesday evenings, Kristin and Kyle will guide you through:

  • Practical tools of embodiment. 

  • Mindful practices to regulate emotions. 

  • Heart-opening exercises to reconnect with joy, creativity, and authentic connection

  • A supportive community of like-hearted people walking the same path

This is not AA. This is not a “quit drinking forever” program. This is a curious, compassionate exploration of what becomes possible when we give ourselves 28 days of clarity.

Exploring how to pause, set skillful intentions, and reconnect with bodily sensations.

Open Heart: Navigating Cravings & Triggers with Metta

Using loving-kindness (metta) practice to befriend ourselves and soften the grip of cravings and emotional triggers.

Clear Mind: Witnessing Without Reaction

Strengthening the observer mind — learning to watch thoughts, urges, and emotions without automatically reacting.

Bringing it all together: creating a sustainable personal practice
