Lynden Yoga Collective
—200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training—
Spring 2026
Yoga teachers aren’t sages on a stage. We are fellow travelers, walking the path alongside our students. At Lynden Yoga Collective, our 200-hour teacher training draws from ancient wisdom and is guided by modern science. The program weaves together philosophy, anatomy, wise sequencing, and meditation within a supportive, inquiry-based learning community.
By rooting the training in a personal meditation practice and embodied inquiry, students cultivate the rare capacity to teach from authentic presence and lived experience rather than performance or scripted perfection. This path prioritizes deepening one’s own inner clarity, somatic sensitivity, and meditative awareness so that teaching naturally arises as an overflow of integrity, wisdom, and skillful responsiveness in every unfolding moment on and off the mat.
