We put an end to the generic 200-hour yoga teacher training.
Choose your path.
Two core trainings build the foundation every teacher stands on. Then 140 hours of format modules you choose, from Yin to Vinyasa, from gentle to advanced poses. Become the teacher you actually want to be.
Two students. Two completely different teachers. Same certification.
Trained to teach.
From day one you will be working on teaching, because the only way to become a teacher is to teach. The same way the only way to learn to swim is to actually get in the water.
Eleven elective opportunities over the year.
Every module stands alone. Take any one and leave qualified to teach it, with continuing education credit. Or stack them toward the 200-hour.
Then don't take a teacher training.
Most studios sell the 200-hour to anyone who wants to deepen their practice, then spend half the hours teaching you to teach a room you will never stand in front of. We built a separate door for that. Two doors, two different things. Walk through the one you actually want.
You want to lead a class, hold a room, cue a body you have never met. You will teach from day one, get real feedback, and leave certified to teach the formats you chose.
You want your own practice to change you. Twelve weeks of asana, breath, meditation, and study, with no teaching methodology, no practicum, and no cohort watching you cue. Just the work, held over time.
Meet your trainers.
Kristin's journey into embodiment began with ballet and continued to unfold after college when she discovered yoga. Completing her 500-hour teacher training with Christina Sell, Kristin looks forward to seeing what comes next for her teaching journey. With extensive teaching experience in yoga, Pilates, and fitness, Kristin crafts classes that blend calmness, playfulness, and curiosity.
Kyle Kloostra embraces yoga as an embodied mindfulness meditation practice that grounds him in the present and teaches him to adjust the unwise patterns of avoidance and identification so that he can be more open, awake, compassionate, and receptive to life off the mat.
