Teaching and Guiding Meditation
Join Kyle for a transformative weekend designed specifically for yoga teachers, therapists, and wellness professionals who are ready to deepen their personal meditation practice and gain the tools to guide others with confidence, clarity, and heart.
Grounded in the classical traditions of Vipassana (insight) and Metta (loving-kindness), this course offers an integrative framework for teaching meditation in a way that is experiential, embodied, and trauma-aware. Through a blend of guided practice, dharma reflections, and hands-on teaching strategies, you’ll explore how to hold space for real transformation—both on and off the mat.
