The same faces each week

Come at the same time and you'll see the same people. It's easier to keep going when someone expects you.

A teacher who knows your name

Small classes, so your teacher can watch, help, and give you options that fit your body.

People at your stage of life

Not a room of twenty-somethings. Most people here started right where you are.

Five ways to begin

Find the class that fits your body

Each class is slow, steady, and built for everyday strength and balance. Start with the one that sounds most like you. Your first two weeks cover all five.

Warm Slow Flow

Why it matters

The strength you use is the strength you keep.

Getting up off the floor. Carrying the groceries. Climbing the stairs. Staying steady on a gravel path. Traveling without worrying about your back. These classes practice exactly those things, a little each week.

Skip it and it slowly fades. Practice it and it stays with you. That's the whole idea.

Common questions

You don't need to be ready. You just need to start.

Not in shape yet?

You don't need to be. No experience needed. Every pose has options, and chairs, blocks, and bolsters are ready in the room.

Managing your back, your joints, or your balance?

You're welcome here. Tell your teacher before class and they'll give you options that fit. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first. Your doctor or physical therapist is welcome to call us too.

Worried about getting down to the floor?

Start with Chair Yoga, where everything happens seated or standing. In the other classes, your teacher will show a chair or standing option whenever the class moves to the floor.

Already walk or garden every day?

Keep doing it. Walking is good for you, but it doesn't build the strength and balance that keep you steady when you trip. One or two classes a week adds what walking misses.

What if it's not for you?

There is no contract and no auto-renew. Come to as many classes as you like for two weeks, and the pass simply ends. You risk $29 and an hour of your time.
