Is This for You?

This training is for people who want to go deeper

You don't need to be the most flexible person in the room. You don't need years of experience. You need a willingness to show up honestly and do the work. This program is for you if:

  • You want to teach yoga but don't know where to start
  • You've been practicing for a while and want more than just poses
  • You want a training that values authenticity over performance
  • You're drawn to the philosophy and meditation side of yoga
  • You want to deepen your personal practice, whether or not you ever teach

What You'll Develop

Practice, philosophy, and the confidence to teach

Personal Practice

Daily meditation, somatic sensitivity, and a grounded relationship with your own body and mind.

Philosophy & Ethics

The wisdom traditions behind yoga. Not just what to teach, but why it matters and where it comes from.

Anatomy & Sequencing

Intelligent, safe class design grounded in how bodies actually work. Anatomy meets intuition.

Teaching Practicum

You teach from day one. Real hours, real feedback, real growth. Not just theory in a notebook.

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditative awareness, nervous system literacy, and the contemplative practices that give yoga its depth.

Your Teaching Voice

The ability to teach from who you are. Not a script. Not someone else's style. Yours.

From Our 2025 Graduates

The safe, supportive environment. The flexibility and pacing of the class. The encouragement to teach from the start. All the different areas of yoga — meditation, ethics, philosophies, breathwork, and more.

— Kim, 2025 Graduate  ·  10/10

I really enjoyed having both teachers' perspectives inform the coursework. I appreciated having specialists come in and provide more in-depth knowledge and insight.

— Tally, 2025 Graduate  ·  10/10

I appreciated the amount of teaching practice time. The introspective and whole-person approach to yoga and teaching was deeply meaningful.
