From a Graduate
★★★★★
"The 200-hour meditation and mindfulness training exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their practice and learn more about Theravada meditation and its teachings. The instructor was knowledgeable, his lessons heartfelt, and he truly opened my eyes to the profound depths of meditation. We received a beautiful, well-organized manual that I reference often. The support I received from the teacher and other students was incredible. 10 out of 10."
