Join Kristin for a five-week chair yoga series designed for Seniors. This series will help you build strength, flexibility, and overall well-being! Each class will combine gentle, accessible poses with breathwork and mindfulness practices to enhance balance, mobility, and relaxation. Through a mix of seated and standing poses with the support of a chair, we’ll focus on low-impact movements that strengthen muscles, improve posture, enhance circulation, and support cardiovascular health.

    Kristin's embodiment journey began with the practice of Ballet, and following the removal of her pointe shoes in college, she was introduced to Yoga, which intuitively landed in her body. Having completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, and in the process completing her 500-hour training with Christina Sell, Kristin approaches her classes with a calming sense of playfulness and genuine curiosity. While appreciating the technical aspect of alignment within the asana practice, she seeks to hold space for each person, recognizing that all her students have unique reasons for unrolling their mats.
