A Wednesday evening community sit. One hour. Come as you are.
Just come.
No experience required. No prior practice assumed. No agenda beyond the hour itself.
Mindful in Lynden is a weekly space to slow down, settle in, and sit in the quiet together. A welcome, a Dharma talk from one of our trained meditation teachers, a guided meditation, and an open invitation to be present with whatever the week has been.
How the evening unfolds
