The weekend

Friday · 6 to 9 PM

Your Mind as a Camera and an Author

How the mind receives experience and writes the story about it.

Saturday · 12 to 6 PM

Samatha and Vipassana

Collapsing and expanding attention. What each practice does, when to use it, and how to weave it through an asana class instead of tacking it on at the beginning.

Sunday · 12 to 5:45 PM

RAIN and Metta

Meeting difficult emotion and cultivating loving-kindness. What each practice does and how to guide both in a yoga class.

Everything is taught from the Theravada Buddhist philosophical framework.
