Meeting Difficult Emotions
with Meditation
The Invitation
The worry keeps coming back. The grief doesn't lift the way you thought it would. The fear sits just beneath the surface. The sadness lingers. The anger moves faster than your intentions.
You've tried to understand it. To manage it. To fix it.
"What if the missing piece isn't more effort, but a different kind of attention?"
Emotions are body events. They don't need analysis. They need to be met, with recognition, with space, with curiosity, with care.
That's what RAIN is.
And you can learn it
in a single evening.
RAIN is a structured mindfulness practice for working skillfully with difficult emotions. Not to suppress them, not to be swept away, but to meet them with an entirely different quality of presence.
No meditation experience required. Nothing to prepare. Just three hours, one practice, and a different relationship to everything you've been carrying.
