What to Expect

Every session is one hour of guided, supported movement — gentle enough to feel safe, effective enough to feel different when you leave.

  • 1 Arrive & settle. Sit comfortably. Take a few slow breaths. Let the week fall away.
  • 2 Gentle warm-up. Seated stretches that wake up your neck, shoulders, spine, and hips — slowly and with full support.
  • 3 Guided movement. Simple poses using the chair for balance and stability. You'll be surprised how much you can do while seated.
  • 4 Breathwork & rest. Finish with calming breathing and a few quiet minutes. You'll leave feeling lighter and more at ease.

Nichole specializes in gentle, restorative, and chair yoga — practices she turned to herself while navigating chronic pain and burnout. Her classes are warm, lighthearted, and genuinely inclusive. Whether you're brand new or returning after years away, she meets you exactly where you are.
