4-Week Chair Yoga Series
Join Nichole for a four-week chair yoga series designed for Seniors. This series will help you build strength, flexibility, and overall well-being! Each class will combine gentle, accessible poses with breathwork and mindfulness practices to enhance balance, mobility, and relaxation. Through a mix of seated and standing poses with the support of a chair, we’ll focus on low-impact movements that strengthen muscles, improve posture, enhance circulation, and support cardiovascular health.
