Gentle Movement.
Real Relief.
A welcoming chair yoga series designed for bodies that have lived fully — no experience, no flexibility, no getting on the floor required.
You Belong Here If…
This series was designed with you in mind — not the person in the magazine, but the one reading this right now.
You've never tried yoga
Maybe you've thought "I'm not flexible enough." That's exactly why this exists. We start where you are — not where you think you should be.
Your body carries pain
Chronic stiffness, limited mobility, joint challenges — this practice works with your body, never against it. The chair does the supporting so you can focus on feeling better.
You want calm, not competition
No mirrors, no pressure, no keeping up. Just a small group of kind people breathing, stretching, and enjoying the simple gift of movement together.
You're ready to feel better
Not someday. This Tuesday. Four weeks is all it takes to stand a little taller, breathe a little deeper, and remember what your body is still capable of.
What to Expect
Every session is one hour of guided, supported movement — gentle enough to feel safe, effective enough to feel different when you leave.
- 1 Arrive & settle. Sit comfortably. Take a few slow breaths. Let the week fall away.
- 2 Gentle warm-up. Seated stretches that wake up your neck, shoulders, spine, and hips — slowly and with full support.
- 3 Guided movement. Simple poses using the chair for balance and stability. You'll be surprised how much you can do while seated.
- 4 Breathwork & rest. Finish with calming breathing and a few quiet minutes. You'll leave feeling lighter and more at ease.
I walked in stiff and nervous. I walked out standing taller and breathing easier. Nichole makes you feel like you've been doing this your whole life.— Chair Yoga Student, Lynden Yoga Collective
