About This Series
Yoga was always

The hardest part of starting yoga is often just walking through the door. This series is designed to lower that threshold — giving you three unhurried Saturdays to build a foundation, ask every question you've been sitting with, and experience what it feels like to move and breathe with intention.
Over three classes, you'll learn the foundational poses, understand how breath and movement work together, and begin to discover the quiet clarity that comes from a steady practice. Kristin's warm, grounded approach ensures no one ever feels left behind.
What You'll Learn

Foundations & Breath
Learn the fundamental poses — standing, seated, and reclined — and discover how conscious breathing is the thread that connects every movement. You'll leave class feeling more grounded than when you arrived.
Strength & Alignment
Begin to feel the structure underneath the flow. Simple cues for body alignment help you practice safely and build real strength, without strain or striving. Your body already knows more than you think.
Flow & Presence
Begin linking movement and breath into a continuous, easeful rhythm. By the end of this class, you'll have the tools and the confidence to walk into any beginner class — or continue your practice at home.
