Front Street & Farmlands
A slow living retreat — four days to come back to yourself.
Restorative Yoga· Sound Bath· Slow Flow· Massage Included· Farm-to-Table· Local Wine
Limited spots · Single rooms go first · No commitment to inquire
Trade rushed mornings, packed calendars, and constant noise for slow movement, open space, and unhurried meals. This isn't about escaping your life. It's about remembering how you want to live it.
You're not in crisis. You're just running on empty — and very good at hiding it.
You hold a lot together. You're the one people count on. And somewhere in the holding, it got hard to hear yourself over the noise of everyone who needs you.
Four days here won't fix your life, and they're not meant to. They're meant to help you see a bit more clearly and feel a bit more fully. Enough to remember your own pace. Enough to go home and notice the difference.

Your guides for the weekend
Kyle Kloostra
Kyle co-founded Lynden Yoga Collective on a simple conviction: yoga is one of the most honest paths back to yourself. His own path has been shaped less by peak poses than by the slower, harder work of learning to be present inside a human body.
Drawing on the Theravada Vipassana, Samatha, and Metta meditation traditions, he teaches yoga as embodied mindfulness, a practice that trains attention, softens reactivity, and builds the capacity to see clearly, feel fully, and move through life with more openness. Yoga begins in the body. It gets therapeutic. And over time, if you let it, it becomes something closer to wisdom.
Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, he traded hockey rinks for mountain trails, and spends his time outside the studio hiking, skiing, and reading with coffee somewhere quiet.
Kristin Carlson
Kristin's path into embodiment began with ballet and deepened after college when she found yoga. She completed her 500-hour teacher training with Christina Sell, and brings extensive experience across yoga, Pilates, and fitness to the mat.
Her classes blend calmness, playfulness, and curiosity, an invitation to take the practice seriously without taking yourself too seriously.
Mischelle Vreeman
Mischelle partners with retreat leaders to bring their vision to life, handling the behind-the-scenes details from planning and logistics to scheduling and guest experience.
Her goal is simple: to create events where people can truly exhale. Spaces rooted in intention, ease, and connection, where every detail feels thoughtful, every guest feels seen, and leaders feel fully supported.
She's present throughout the entire retreat, facilitating and ensuring everything flows smoothly. From start to finish, she's available for support so both leaders and guests can stay fully present, connected, and immersed in the experience.
Together, they believe a studio is at its best when it feels like belonging, a place where being human together is enough.
