This small group series is designed for clients who are new to Pilates — or who might be feeling like you're just going through the motions in class without fully understanding why you're doing what you're doing.
Pilates Foundations is designed to slow down, break down each exercise, and help you truly learn the Pilates method so you can feel stronger, more confident, and more connected in every class.
You'll complete a short intake form before we begin so the experience is tailored specifically to your needs.
