Turn Toward Yourself With Love

Turn Toward Yourself With Love: A Metta Meditation Workshop

What if the parts of you that feel unworthy of love were the ones most in need of it?

Metta, or loving-kindness, is more than a beautiful concept—it’s a radical inner practice of embracing yourself without judgment. And often, the hardest part is not offering compassion to others, but extending it inward—to the places that carry shame, fear, or self-doubt.

In this evening workshop, you’ll be guided through breath-centered meditation, gentle reflection, and compassionate inquiry to help you:

• Loosen patterns of self-criticism and soften the inner voice of judgment

• Gently connect with the unseen or unloved parts within you

• Use traditional Metta phrases to foster deep self-compassion

• Anchor kindness in your body and breath for real-time emotional support

• Create a practice of inner friendship and wholeness you can return to

Whether you’ve meditated for years or are brand new, this workshop invites you to pause the striving—and meet yourself with care.

Come as you are. Leave feeling connected, grounded, and just a little more whole.
